Our Roller Buttons range in size from a 6″ throat diameter to a 20″ throat diameter and feature roller sheaves made from ASTM A27 cast steel or hot rolled and fabricated high strength steel plate. These Roller Buttons are built to withstand the toughest conditions.

Feature Description
StormFast’s Heavy Duty Thru-Deck Fabricated Roller Buttons are truly unique and unparalleled in the industry. The roller sheaves are manufactured using a hot rolled high strength steel plate fabrication process rather than using a steel casting. The result is a stronger roller button than its cast steel counterpart offering a 25% reduction in weight compared to similar cast steel roller buttons and a smooth bollard surface which reduces line friction and extends the life of wire and synthetic rope. Stronger, lighter and easier on your equipment. Our fabricated roller buttons are available in 8 sizes ranging from a 6″ throat diameter to a 20″ throat diameter.

The ASTM A27 cast steel sheave features a 5.625″ throat diameter with a radius of 0.5″. The StormFast-927 also features a grease fitting to lubricate the roller pin.
